The wine fermented with grape skins in a tub and thickened through withdrawal of the must forms the base of exotic Devín. It matured in wooden barrels under the “floor” without any external interventions for one year. Endless aromas of Christmas spice, curry spice, and Orient are deeply rooted in the mineral taste of the volcanic soil. The wine has been neither clarified or filtered nor mechanically stressed. Bottled using the gravitational flow.
