“Grey Ruland” fermented on grape skins, non-pressed self-flow type wine matured for 6 months and breathed in wooden barrels without any external interventions. The lava like colour and natural minerality delineate the way linking a glass of the wine with the grapevine roots penetrating the past when the Sitno volcano spouted burning ash and magma. The wine has been neither clarified nor filtered. Formation of sediment is a natural property of the wine and it does not affect its quality.
