This extravagant cuvée is a non-traditional combination of Frankovka, Alibernet and Devín. After one-month fermentation in open tubs, it matured in oak barrels for one year. The wine is untamed and lively as the Sitno volcano that created the base for the volcanic soils of Čajkov and predestined its character. Mighty Dunaj from Čajkov Debertcha draws its character from reduced and overripe grapes. It fermented in tubs for a month and then matured in wooden barrels for two years.
